AWS .Net Developer

An employer is looking for a .Net Core Developer in join their team. This person will be responsible for helping designing, development, and enhancements of existing legacy software/web applications. The ideal candidate has previously built and been a part of security remediations and enhancement projects. Candidate will be working with multiple development, testing, and functional teams to understand the business u need and requirements and helping create and execute those project initiatives. Current project scope is focusing around security and creating new features such as multi-factor authentication, encryption, and decryption to name a few. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication as they will be interacting with multiple teams across the organization to develop and implement solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands on experience working with .Net technologies
Hands on .Net Core experience
Strong experience with SQL databases (stored procedures, triggers, tables, etc.)
2+ years of hands on AWS technology experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, DynamoDB)
Experience building and securing applications
Web Services, REST API, and Micro-service patterns (JSON, XML, LINQ, Entity Framework)
Good understanding of Object Oriented Design
Experience working in an Agile Environment
Strong understanding of API security patterns such as OAuth2 and OpenID connect

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with security teams and/or security related projects
Previous airline industry experience
