Must haves:

Job Summary:

The Marketing Data Solution Lead is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of Enterprise marketing data solutions / enablers and their lower level components.

Responsibility include but are not limited to:
  • Deliver and implement data solutions for marketing and sales functions based on direction from Enterprise Architect and Data and Analytics team
  • Gather requirements, gain business and IT consensus
  • Participate in marketing and sales data and analytics projects, and work with stakeholder groups to ensure successful solutions
  • Work with 3rd parties to support business needs and projects
  • Manage syndicated databases including restatements, custom aggregates, PPG, alignment, impact analysis to downstream deliverables, etc.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in building and socializing Data Products using different technologies
  • Develop specific metrics for quality and consistency and review of data

Skills & Experience
  • 10 + years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions for marketing and sales functions
  • Expert knowledge of Syndicated data platforms (IRI/Nielsen) and it's capabilities as utilized in Marketing / Sales domain
  • Working knowledge of modern cloud data warehouse solutions
  • Knowledge of Azure ecosystem of technologies and all related information management components (ADF, ADLS, Databricks, Azure ML etc.)
  • Knowledge of Snowflake system and it's capabilities as utilized in Marketing / Sales domain
  • Knowledge building dashboards, reports and data models for advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of visualization tools specifically Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of modern integration technologies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
