Wealth Managements Core Platform Services group provides horizontal services to all Wealth management Development Teams. Our mission is to provide stable and scalable infrastructure and technology solutions for entire Wealth Management. We serve as a centralized interface through which Wealth Management teams can obtain infrastructure solutions and project support by working closely with application owners throughout the SDLC process to ensure that established products/services are leveraged, and new requirements are fulfilled.

Position Description:
* Work as a Terraform automation and DevOps Engineer for azure, as part of a cross-functional team, participate in the design, development, and support of Wealth Managements business applications.
* Ensure that solutions deployed have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable design patterns within Clients infrastructure frameworks
* Work will require active collaboration with developers seasoned in using Azure components and services used web technologies used within Clients internal tooling involving technologies categorized as Private Cloud or On-Prem solutions.
* Responsible for conducting high-level architecture and design reviews that translate into business application specific solutions adhering to technical standards, security architecture best practices and performance requirements. When needed provider re-evaluate designs and suggest alternatives.
* Create new and modify existing complex infrastructure configuration, good experience in understanding PowerShell to automated azure - Strong analytical and design skills including the ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical designs.
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities, including the capacity to swiftly pinpoint and record the fundamental cause and strong PowerShell and Azure SDK experience
* Implement Terraform templates along with YAML automation scripts to create infrastructure and deploy application code, troubleshooting for internal business units at an existing client
* Deploying Azure policies by building, maintaining, and upgrading CI CD pipelines with Jenkins, TeamCIty, Azure DevOps, and Git
* Assist application teams in on boarding their applications into the enterprise cloud environment
* Working knowledge of an agile environment to assist Azure cloud platform development upgrades and enablement
* Must experience in PowerShell Bash or other scripting for automation, PowerShell Experience with Microsoft Azure HashiCorp Terraform Azure DevOps Azure Pipelines ARM templates PowerShell IaaS Paas and SaaS Azure services

* 6 years of demonstrable, professional Cloud Infrastructure experience in Azure.
* Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and practical application of IaC to manage infrastructure.
* Experience with implementing provisioning of infrastructure utilizing Terraform .
* A self-starter with abilities to transition to new technologies, leading and guide architecture, and solve problems analytically.
* Experience in a DevOps oriented team utilizing the AGILE with SCRUM methodology.
* Experience managing code and dependencies in Azure DevOps, GIT along with other Configuration management best practices.
* Experience with Azure resource management using ARM templates, Terraform templates and Azure APIs.
* Proven experience performing root cause analysis in complex and distributed systems and environments.
* Experience with DMZ application behavior including firewall connectivity and external interfaces. Working knowledge of SQL and Distributed DB2.
* Able to write SQL scripts and automation scripts using python/ansible in unix or windows environment.
* In-depth knowledge on LINUX/UNIX system and working knowledge of UNIX shell scripts and/or PowerShell.
