Build & Deployment Management Continuous integration tools like Azure DevOps, GITHUB actions,

IAC using Terraform.

In combination with any of these skills

Scripting Language - Experience in any of the following Shell, Perl, Ruby, Python, PowerShell

Experience in middleware tools and OS administration - Linux, UNIX and Windows.

Exposure to Virtualization and Cloud concepts.

Knowledge on .Net and Angular for Build Integrations.

Good to have skills:

Good flair towards presentation skills.

Able to present and demonstrate solution in a convincing manner.

Able to convince all stake holders involved towards the recommended solutions.

Responsibilities:

Management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results.

Gather requirements for Automation

Participate in design and implementation of framework to support moving services to a continuous integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline.

Design and implementation of end to end secure and reliable Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment CI/CD DevOps pipelines including version control, test automation and automated deployment using Azure DevOps

Troubleshoot issues along the automated CI/CD pipeline in the various environments (Dev/Test/Production)

Identify and finalize applications that can be installed in automated manner

Develop Automation scripts for deployment Automation

Validation of applications installed via automation

Resolution of any issues in Deployment automation

Perform high level smoke testing, including connectivity testing with vendors and other interfaces

Coordination of sign off from stakeholders

Support in creation of new builds/automations/Deploy integrations

Integrate SonarQube in CICD pipeline & support in Integration with ServiceNow

Creation of setup/deployment scripts for new technologies

Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams for effective communication and smooth workflow.

Create and maintain documentation related to deployment processes, and standard operating procedures.

Analyze and estimate resource requirements to ensure optimum performance and scalability of applications.

Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data protection and business continuity.

Identify areas for improvement in the development and deployment processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
