Duties:
  • The site is converting to Athena EMR system 11/1, so this will be the main system you are using
  • Rooming patients
  • Patient volume in 16-20 patients/day
  • Vitals, EKGs, ultrasounds
  • Chart prep
  • Patient call backs with results

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of back office medical assistant experience
  • Medical Assistant Diploma
  • High school diploma of GED
  • EMR Experience Required

Soft Skill/Attribute Requirements
  • Excellent customer service
  • Teamworker
  • Someone that has a good work ethic

Location:
  • Must be comfortable traveling to both Scottsdale locations:
    • Scottsdale Osborn - 3501 N Scottsdale Rd #348, Scottsdale 85251
    • Scottsdale Shea - 10210 N 92nd St #301, Scottsdale 85258
  • Will be able to pick to have Osborn or Shea as your home site (whichever is closest to you!)
  • Will ONLY go to the other site to cover PTO, or high volume days - this is pre-planned and you will get the schedule 1-2 weeks in advance

Schedule/Shift:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
