ADT Multifamily provides industry-leading smart home security and automation solutions and property management tools to multi-family properties across the U.S. Our hardworking and growing team thrives in the dynamic real estate industry by emphasizing creativity, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a growing customer base where the boundaries of data size and data format are constantly changing.
• Experience with data at scale.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• End to end integration tests with 3rd party systems.
• Familiarity with the AWS services.
• Experience with containerization of complex services like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern development/collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, and Slack.
• Experience with well-known Scala libraries and frameworks, including Spark.
• Affinity for learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems.
• Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of experience building and operating complex enterprise SaaS products.
• 7+ years of strong experience with one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js.
• 5+ years of Fullstack development experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Familiar with microservice architecture, development, and deployment.
• You have developed RESTful APIs used with web browsers, mobile applications, and back-end servers. Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and other database technologies.
• You are familiar with web authentication specifically with sessions, API tokens, and JWTs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $73,066 - $146,131 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
