What you will contribute:

As part of the Corporate Treasury team at MoneyGram, you will be able to provide oversight of the bank relationship management process. The individual need to forge relationships with existing and new banks and will be the main point of communication between the company and its banking partners. The individual will also be responsible for tracking all signers, and work with legal to keep necessary banking resolutions up to date for all global bank accounts. The individual will need to field and research inquiries from banks for know your customer (KYC) and compliance purposes. Lead team of two Bank Relationship Analysts in North America and Europe.

What you'll do:

• Oversee & complete incoming bank inquiries & requests, including: Account openings, KYC, Compliance, Signor updates and other administrative requirements.

• Pipeline/Workflow coordination and prioritization.

• Team management & leadership to maximize efficiencies with deliverable dates/SLAs.

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as cash management, legal, compliance, credit, sales, and product. This involves delivering onboarding forms, entity information, and documentation requirements to update and/or produce necessary documents such as banking resolutions, and incumbency certificates.

• Proactive prioritization of tasks in alignment with strategic Corporate & Treasury objectives to determine if high priority delegation is deemed acceptable.

• Relationship building with Banking Partners to ensure good standing and alliance. Pushback on certain requirements as seemed fit.

• Stay current on new company product offerings, legal entities, new account requirements, terminated entities or accounts, other general corporate initiatives which will require changes to the accounts, and effectively plan for timely implementation of account changes.

• Able to flex out of core position to support daily treasury operations including Cash Management, FX, and Capital Markets.

• Engage in development of team best practices and standardizations.

• Provide valuable insight on European business processes to align team priorities and mitigate risks.

• Possess a continuous and consistent client facing background that includes, but is not limited to, large regional banks, post offices, large retailers, and financial institutions.

What we're looking for:

• Management experience - 2+ years' experience leading a team

• Strong organizational skills

• Treasury Management Systems - Kyriba a plus

• Able to build organizational process with transparency to global group

• Knowledge of the nuances of foreign banking partners

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Workflow/Pipeline Management (ex: Salesforce)

• Bachelor's degree

• 3-5+ years professional experience working with Banks/Financial Institutions on account openings, KYC, and maintaining network relationships.

• Familiarity with Payments/Remittance sector a plus

Salary:

Anticipated Base Pay: $120k-$160k + participation in our annual bonus plan.
