Our client is looking for an outstanding customer service agent to help their customers.

**This position is On Site in Scottsdale**

**Must be within 25 miles from Pima and Thunderbird**

$20-$22/HR (Plus, Monthly Performance Pay; up to $300/month based on attendance and quality)

Start: 9/30

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting with inbound customer inquiries related to placing new bookings or orders for a variety of products, including Gift Cards, Merchandise, Travel, and Apple. In addition, the CSR will provide general customer service support on behalf of a top US financial institution.

It is a yes environment, yes we can cancel, yes we can refund your reward points

Training Schedule: Day one is 9am-5:30pm, then 7AM to 3:30PM from 2 nd day on, Mon-Fri

Multiple schedules available after training. (Shifts are first come, first serve)

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact call center
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is a plus!
