The Banquet Server sets up and prepares the banquet room for functions. They also serve and bus tables, and tears down banquet rooms at the end of the function. In addition, they provide sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace, and courtesy to guests and colleagues.

• Ability to operate POS System, handle cash, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate coffee and expresso machines.
• Ability to obtain a VT DLC license.
