UWMC Nutrition Services department has an opportunity for a full-time BARISTA LEAD. The person in this role is highly skilled to lead a high volume espresso location.

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weigh, prepare, and serve meals

  • Clean work area and equipment

  • Take cash payment for meals and drinks

  • Operate cooking, espresso and kitchen equipment

  • Assist in maintaining daily stock of work area and weekly inventory;

    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience in quantity or institutional food preparation and serving or equivalent education/experience.
