Barista Supervisor - TGH Starbucks

Job Summary

Supervises and coordinates staff activities to serve customers at Starbucks in accordance with corporate standards. Involved in coaching, training and developing all baristas. Ensure positive service through timely execution of customer's orders, production of quality products and proper cash handling. Assists management with cash control and special promotions. Participates in interviews, staff selection, and provides input on disciplinary actions according to People and Talent guidelines. Assists in completing employee performance evaluations, ordering, stocking and inventory in a timely manner. Performs computer-related activities as required. Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• (3) years experience working in a hospital, Starbucks, commercial restaurant or other food service operation.
• Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions, and to accurately follow instructions in English.
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships
