Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data strategies and management practices to support regulatory reporting.
Ensure compliance with Basel Regulatory Capital framework, with a preference for exposure to US regulations.
Apply knowledge of both Basel Standardized and Advanced approaches, including Market Risk, CVA Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, and Credit Risk.
Conduct data analytics, data profiling, Source to Target (S2T) data mapping, and analyze System of Record (SOR) data and its Data Quality (DQ) rules.
Write and understand complex SQL, HiveQL, and work hands-on with Oracle SQL, DBeaver, and Hive.
Utilize Python, Google Cloud, Big Query, Machine Learning, and Data Automation/Visualization techniques.
Work with Big Data frameworks such as Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Flink, and Operational Data Stores (ODS).
Identify business requirements and develop functional requirement documentation for new data sources and attributes.
Document and understand core components of solution architecture, including data patterns and standardization of disparate datasets.
Use MS Excel, Power Query, and other analytical tools like Tableau for data analysis.
Apply critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills to data applications.
Manage product development, data migration, and data analytics projects.
Utilize Agile delivery concepts or other project management methodologies.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Basel Regulatory Capital framework; exposure to US regulations is preferable.
Experience with both Basel Standardized and Advanced approaches, including Market Risk, CVA Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, and Credit Risk.
Proficiency in data analytics, data profiling, Source to Target (S2T) data mapping, and analyzing System of Record (SOR) data.
Strong SQL/NoSQL and data analysis experience, with hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, DBeaver, and Hive.
Experience with Python, Google Cloud, Big Query, Machine Learning, and Data Automation/Visualization techniques.
Experience with Big Data frameworks such as Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Flink, and Operational Data Stores (ODS).
Ability to identify business requirements and develop functional requirement documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, and other analytical tools like Tableau.
Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Experience in product management, data migration, and data analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts or other project management methodologies.
