Under the direction of the Physician and Clinic Manager, The BMO performs a variety of medical/patient care duties including X-Ray. The BMO is responsible for patient in-take process, assisting the provider in office procedures and charting the patient and reviewing the chart for accuracy prior to seeing the provider. The employee demonstrates positive behaviors that reflect understanding and support of the organizational values set forth in the mission and values statements of Bayfront Health. The employee demonstrates knowledge of, and compliance with established BHMG and departmental policies/procedures including continuous process improvement, Human Resources, Infection Control, Safety, and Environment standards. The employee must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served by the clinic.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience. Valid BMO

Experience: One year experience in required.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid BMO; BLS certification required.
