The Department of Pathology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time tenure track Investigator at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Responsibilities include establishing a dynamic, independently funded research program in the area of Inflammation research, while working synergistically and collaboratively with other investigators in the department, which has tremendous strengths in the areas of immunology and inflammation. Successful applicants are expected to participate in medical and graduate student teaching, as well other departmental academic activities. High quality laboratory space, Core Services, shared Departmental equipment and excellent start-up support are provided.

Qualified candidates will hold a PhD, MD or MD/PhD and be scientists or physician-scientists with outstanding research accomplishments and with a record of success in competing for independent research funding. Rank and remuneration determined by qualifications and experience.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
