Job Overview:

The beach club attendant is responsible for overseeing the pool & beach area, making safety announcements, and setting up chairs and keeping areas well maintained for Residents and Guests to always use. Will serve residents by providing information and services during hours of operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside & beach chairs.
  • Must be service-oriented and know HOA rules and policies as they pertain to the Beach Club.
  • Picks up debris from the pool & beach and keeps the area tidy.
  • Checks equipment, games, and sporting goods are in working order for resident use.
  • Work cohesively with all staff members and communicate effectively with residents.
  • Set up poolside and beach chairs for residents.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Keep Bathrooms, Tiki bar, and poolside areas neat and clean.
  • Assist Residents with services and reminders of rules.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Completion of College level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Experience using cleaning supplies (mop, broom)
  • Experience using computers, Sound Equipment, Reservation System, wagons, shovels, drills.


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time;
  • Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
  • Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.


What We Offer:

As a part-time associate, you will be eligible for supplemental benefits. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
