What We're Looking For

A {Registered Behavior Technician ( R BT)} with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism .

Westminster, MA

Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm Weekends open.

About the Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention p lans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff

• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
