Education
Masters degree in Social Work or related field or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Required)

Experience
2 years experience as a therapist providing cognitive and behavioral interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups with behavioral health/substance abuse problems in a primary care setting. (Required)

Licenses & Certifications
CSW-LIC PA Clinical Social Worker Lic or PS-LIC PA Psychologist Lic (Required)
