This position has management responsibility for and supervises professional and technical staff in the administration of personnel policy, practice and procedure as it relates to employee benefits. The incumbent will manage and direct the hospital's administration of and compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA); and ensures all eligible employees are afforded benefits including health, dental and vision insurance programs, Catastrophic Leave, and retirement programs. As this position is supervisory and will interact with individuals at all levels in the organization, strong verbal and written communication skills are desirable.

Classified as a low to moderate security facility, the hospital has a bed capacity to treat up to 1,362 patients on an attractive campus with treatment units located on 138 acres. Staff is dedicated and committed to delivering high quality, cost-effective, professional services and specialized programs in an environment that promotes continuous improvements in treatment for individuals with mental disabilities.
