Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Benefits Call Center Representative

$16/hr. during training (four weeks)
$17 after a successful completion
Training Hours: M-F 8 - 4:30 ET
Operation hours are 11:30AM - 8PM Mon-Friday
No weekends!!

About the Benefits Call Center Representative role:
As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee health benefits. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.
Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients' success.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $28,120- $35,150.

- Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory 4-week paid training program
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be bilingual Spanish/English
- Health and welfare experience is a plus
