SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Interact with diverse families in the Philadelphia area
* Provide services to your caseload to aid in them recieving case specific needed support
* Create goals within individualized treatment plans for each client.
* Perform assessments of youth/families to better comprehend clients needs.
* Document caseload progress
*Other duties as assigned

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors of Social Work & at least 1 year experience in Child Welfare
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, State Background and Child Abuse (ACT 126)
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification, & hepatitis B screener.
* Adhere precisely to interventions in treatment plan
