Bilingual Customer Service / Sales

Joe Plante - State Farm Agency, located in Southington, CT has an immediate openings for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Customers Service and Insurance Sales Representatives. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! You must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.

Part-time and Full-time opportunities are available in both Customer Service and Sales positions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Bilingual (fluent Spanish/English)
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
