A federal client is seeking a Bilingual Foster Parent Growth and Retention Coordinator to support unaccompanied minors at a foster care location in Indianapolis, IN. The Bilingual Foster Care Parent Growth and Retention Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting new foster parents and families. The Bilingual Foster Parent Growth and Retention Coordinator will organize activities and events to bring awareness from the community to the program and foster strong community relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree from an accredited behavioral science or social science school.

Mission first mentality and care for youth and minors.

Comfortable with public speak and leading events.

Valid drivers license and personal vehicle with $100k/$300k insurance minimum requirements.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Proficient use of computers, tablets, printers, and MS office suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
