Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales / CSR

State Farm Agency, located in Pasadena, CA has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Account Manager. Must have an active Property and Casualty license and have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.

Benefits Include:

• Hourly pay $20 - $25 (based on experience and licenses held)
• Commission
• Medical after 90 days
• Paid vacation

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
• Insurance sales experience a plus!
• P&C license required
• Life and Health (must be able to obtain)
