LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Bilingual Marketing Assistant for one of our top clients within the food and beverage industry. This will be a great opportunity to diversify your skills in multiple areas of their business. Seeking self-motivated and go-getter attitudes only! This is a hybrid position in Chicago, a temp-to-perm opportunity and the process will move quickly for the right person!

Bilingual Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Procure and manage inventory of branded apparel including polos, T-shirts and hats in various colors and styles
  
• Coordinate quotes, ordering and upkeep of POS materials catering to specific requests and varied promotional items
  
• Support the Regional Marketing and Sales teams by updating Tradeshow Calendars, organizing show materials, printing sell sheets, boxing show material and mailing requested items
  
• Coordinate store events, and prepare materials for events, including tents and prize wheels
  
• Accommodate special requests such as creating unique labels and obtaining quotes for specific items like displays and shipping materials

Bilingual Marketing Assistant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related field with internships on your belt
  
• Bilingual in Spanish required
  
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and light InDesign
  
• Excellent organization skills and a go-getter attitude
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
