Bilingual Office Rep - Spanish Preferred

Michelle DeCarlo - State Farm Agency, located in Littleton, CO is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented sales professional to join our team. Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) is preferred. Sales experience, while a plus, is not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
• Must be able to obtain or have a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
