Bilingual Warehouse Floor Lead

Volt is immediately hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Floor Lead for a local leading Logistics Company in Otay Mesa

As a Bilingual Warehouse Floor Lead you will:

• Responsible for coordinating the daily warehousing activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse
• Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Implement and enforce safety and health guidelines in the warehouse
• Manage inventory control processes and maintain accurate stock levels
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet operational requirements
• Prepare and review warehouse reports on performance metrics
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent in Spanish, able to speak, read, and write
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

• Overnight Shift 1:45AM to 7AM

Pay Rate: $17-18.50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
