Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

Volt is immediately hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor for a local leading Logistics Company in Otay Mesa

As a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor you will:

• Warehouse Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Plan work, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
• Ensure health, safety standards, and compliance.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be fluent in Spanish, able to speak, read, and write
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

• Overnight Shift 1:45AM to 7AM

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
