Role: Billing and Payables Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (on-site)

Pay Rate: $35 / hour

We are looking for a Billing and Payables Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee billing operations of the firm as well as accounts payable.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and secretaries regarding billing entries, billing guidelines, etc.
• Review, edit, and finalize time entries.
• Generate accurate and timely invoices for legal services.
• Properly enter/code firm and third-party payables to submit to Administrator for payment processing.

Requirements:
• Proficient in billing.
• Strong Excel skills.
• More tenured (5-10 years).
