Billing Operations Specialist

Day-to-Day:
A large wealth management and financial advising company is looking to add a Billing Operations Specialist to their Billing team:
Responsibilities will include:
Ensure the success of billing cycles and payouts related to AUM Billing, Financial planning, 401k, Insurance, Fee rejections and other fee-related operation processes.
Research inquiries from internal departments and customers to help resolve billing issues.
Preparation and submittal of billing files on Advisory Fee Accounts.
Calculation and verification of Advisory Fees Payments/Production Reports.
Streamline billing processes to ensure accuracy and enhance processes, procedures, and reports.

This position pays between $55,000 - $65,000 a year.

2 years of experience in an office setting
RIA Billing experience
Salesforce reporting experience
High Proficiency in Excel
401k Experience
Accounting experience (Check reconciliation exp, applying credits to accounts)
Have worked at a previous company that supports/services financial/wealth advising clients

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Orion experience
Pontera experience
Previous Insurance Billing experience
