• Manage customer contacts.
• Provide accurate invoices within the order processing system.
• Foster a positive relationship with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team.
• Assist accounts receivable in resolving inquiries.
• Perform high-volume billing tasks.
• Address customer complaints promptly.
