8+ years of professional experience with mechanical building systems

8+ years experience using Revit for producing mechanical engineering BIM models, construction drawings, and Revit family content
Mechanical Designers that have supported Data Center and/or Mission Critical Projects
Chilled Water & Evaporative Cooling design Experience
Experience using these design software's: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Dynamo, RF Tools, CTC Tools and Procore
PE License in any state
Practical knowledge and understanding of mechanical codes and safety regulations Preferred Qualificatio

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience directly related to mission critical projects or Data Center design and construction
Experience applying Lean principles to design modeling and drawing production
Familiarity with the BIM Forum LOD Specification, AIA and NBIMS standards, and best practices for BIM collaboration
Experience observing construction, familiar with construction technology, familiar with construction practice
