Horizon ABA is bringing high-quality ABA to the Valley. We're looking for our first in-home BCBA to set the stage for ethical, compassionate care for our families. At Horizon, BCBAs provide individual, and family behavior analytic services with a focus on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) population. Schedule

We strive to honor the lives of our families and our technicians, and allow for flexibility in meeting hour requirements. It is up to the BCBA to determine the appropriate schedule for providing case supervision and through which location, and it will be overseen by the Chief Clinical Officer. Mandatory staff meetings are held at multiple times throughout the day to include everyone without disrupting client schedules or requiring staff to take time out of their personal schedule to attend.
