We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. BCBA Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide training to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the team
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Attend professional development activities
  • Supervision of RBTs
  • The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

BCBA Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
