As Box Office Supervisor, you're responsible for Box Office operations including guest service, drafting and analyzing reports, accounting for event tickets, and scheduling and supervising staff.

You'll promptly and effectively address and resolve guest complaints. You'll perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
