Responsible for managing all aspects of a branch typically for a single business unit (but could include multiple smaller locations). Fosters and develops a branch culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives by proactively managing and implementing policies, programs, initiatives and safe work practices. Increases revenue and profitability by leveraging business opportunities to grow sales; responsible for customer service and customer relationships to promote growth; foster and create optimal conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance. Leads, manages and develops a high performing team. Fosters a winning culture; translates strategies into actionable plans; ensures team is engaged, resilient, embraces change, and is committed to achieving results.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Environmental Science/Engineering/Related.
• Emergency response and environment project/waste project experience
• Strong business acumen; credible leader; result-orientation; excellent communicator; strong presentation skills
• Budgeting and financial management skills; customer relationship management skills; change management skills
• Solid understanding of the CLH safety culture; understands safety and environment legislation and regulations
Loyal; proactive; able to collaborate with and inspire a range of people to achieve results
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Alternative: Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Required licenses
o First AID
o CPR
o Leadership for Safety Excellence
Valid Drivers License
