Integrated Marketing Project Manager

Use your passion for creative work, project management and attention to detail to help brands come to life. We're looking for candidates with strong project management skills who help bring together strategic initiatives to achieve strategic brand execution for a technology client.

Job Duties
  • Project manage brand deliverables for a large technology company's consumer-facing brands.
  • Responsible for brand alias support.
  • Management of creative reviews and retail creative (including visual ID and more permanent displays).
  • Owns third party licensing agreements and associated creative.
  • Owns brand evangelism to external teams. Works with teams in advance of creative development to ensure work is on brand.
  • Drives security protocols for brand teams and external agencies to ensure Devices is working with the most current technology.
  • Coordinate evolution and development of brand guidelines and supporting brand assets.
  • Manage pre-release support plans for brands, ensuring work stream leads are aware of release plans, deliverable dates, and related asset sets.


Requirements
  • 3 + years experience on brand project management or brand creative support.
  • 3 + years experience in a support or services related role.
  • Proven communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to effectively influence colleagues and management.
  • A self-directed individual who is able to respond to changing business needs, rapidly adapt and overcome challenges and solve problems.
  • Track record of success as a leader with outstanding collaboration skills across various departments to achieve mutual success and the ability to function as a leader and not be deterred by ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and deliver results.
  • Skills in brand understanding and creative review, establishment of effective process development.
