Our North America Channel Development business is a dynamic organization built from our strong relationships with Nestlé and Pepsi. Together, we deliver successful products and marketing that deliver on our joint goals, both business and brand.

In this role you will represent Starbucks brand in our At Home Coffee business across digital channels and gifting experiences, in partnership with Nestlé. You will ensure that both the digital and gifting products elevate our brand and deliver against operating plans to achieve financial and business objectives.

As a brand manager I, you will:

  • Own digital content management from concept to launch, ensuring that website or gifting assortment launches are met and messaging is consistent across channels
  • Use data-driven marketing strategies to drive awareness and interest in the company's products and services, with the ultimate goal of developing long-term customer engagement
  • Develop roadmaps for digital and gifting customer experiences and identify key milestones for programs, while balancing consumer needs and priorities across the Enterprise
  • Influence and inspire across internal and external cross-functional partners across Starbucks and Nestlé
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to align and deliver on brand initiatives across multiple workstreams to drive efficiency and brand cohesion
  • Assess and make recommendations on future changes to operations based on business analysis and feasibility
  • Drive internal alignment on brand fit of future products and categories
  • Complete competitive assessments on digital and gifting programs
  • Develop interpersonal skills that facilitate a strong relationship with internal and external partners
  • Assist in managing the budget
  • Enjoy working with a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven team


We'd love to hear from people with:

  • Progressive experience in CPG data analysis, 5-8 years
  • Leadership in a cross-functional environment, 2-3 years
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Progressive experience leading strategic founded in CPG data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline
  • CPG experience preferred
  • MBA preferred
