This individual will work closely with internal and external agencies to ensure that advertising programs are completed and executed on time and on budget and will serve as the day-to-day project manager in these areas.
Other responsibilities include:
* Develop work order jobs with messaging and specs, managing internal reviews, feedback to creatives and meeting recaps, production, and trafficking of assets
* Helps coordinate broadcast planning timelines, coordinates shoot and/or recording details
* Helps coordinate meetings and status reports with internal or external agencies
* Consolidate feedback and manage timelines for different projects with internal and external agencies and with marketing cross-functional teams.
* Maintains awareness of monthly and quarterly financials for TV, Social, Digital programs. Assist in vendor billing for projects.
* Works with internal teams and external agencies to track creative performance
* Attends marketing meetings, as assigned
* Manages other marketing tasks, as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
* Education:
o Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
* Experience:
o 2+ years of Marketing experience
* Required Knowledge and Skills:
o Prior ad agency or internal marketing department experience preferred
o Demonstrated knowledge of basic digital and social campaign concepts
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects
o Experience developing and managing project timelines
o Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
o Ability to work cross-functionally and to coordinate clear communication across diverse work groups
o Very good oral and excellent written communication skills
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
