About the Team & Job:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) on the Global Gaming team will be responsible for driving revenue by building relationships with key enterprise gaming accounts, providing product consultation, education, and support to help clients achieve their business goals on TikTok. This position is part of the Cross-Platform Gaming Team (XP), a sales team within TikTok's Global Gaming organization that focuses on activating and scaling advertising for PC, console, and cross-play gaming advertisers. You will partner closely with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and will be responsible for sustaining and growing revenue for XP Gaming advertisers on TikTok. You will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a passion for revenue growth, the ability to set strategic vision and remove blockers, and a willingness to execute tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 4 days in the office each week and 1 day working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our Los Angeles, CA office.

Responsibilities:
-Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
-Drive revenue for TikTok Gaming by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
-Be consultative and provide strategic media solutions to maximize opportunity with existing clients and create new and impactful relationships with prospective advertisers.
-Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
-Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
-Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
-Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
-Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
-Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
-Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
-Experience in digital advertising sales

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience and knowledge working with gaming advertisers
-Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
-Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.
-Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships.
-Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
-Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
