Title: Broker/Financial Consultant

Responsibilities:
Company is considering brokerage firms, financial advisors, health insurance sellers, mortgage sellers as a new business channel that does not yet offer their services in the USA.
Product portfolio includes financial plans, which allow to plan in advance the steps associated with the collection, processing and storage of cord blood or placenta tissue for the children of clients.
Seeking brokerage firms and financial advisors who can explain company's complicated product to their clients during conversations about planning their future, family, insurance, healthcare, etc.

• Help prepare strategic plans, quotes, mkt materials, set the tonality of communication, benefits and model of cooperation with brokerage firms, financial advisors, etc.
• Assist with setting up sales channel to add company's business into portfolio
• Assist with business model, distribution channels, and ordering systems

Requirements:

• 10+ yrs experience in this field
• Direct experience from the brokerage company's background
• Senior or middle management experience
• Background in healthcare is a plus
• Able to advise on setting up a B2B model of cooperation, how to set up financial conditions, commissions, communication, training, etc.
• Help with contacting the first brokerage companies and assist with ongoing the first negotiations
