As an Associate Governmental Program Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
- Create DTSC expenditure forms, reviews and analyzes expenditures of OCI to ensure the operation is within the approved budget
- Independently research discrepancies, identify problems and make recommendations Analyze business services activities for the office, and make recommendations to management including assessments of space management, equipment and supply needs; prepare, justify, implement proposals to meet those needs
- Responsible for initiating and tracking the procurement process, along with all required budget justifications required for purchasing
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding OCI's data processing needs including the need for information processing and equipment demands
- Review the requests, authorize and draft documentation for operating expenditures
