Kearney & Company is seeking a Budget/Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Team. Qualifications BA/BS; MA/MS degree, Intermediate Level PME Graduate (Service College Graduate preferred) or appropriate WO/NCO PME Graduate, or combination of relevant experience in lieu of education 5 years minimum experience performing comptroller functions with the senior defense organizations (Services, Joint Staff, NGB, OSD) Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.) as applied in Comptroller organizations Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. GFEBS, DEAMS, RMOnline, ODS, cPROBE, CRIS) Active Secret security clearance (requires US Citizenship) Experience supporting, administering and reporting upon fiscal quality assurance programs as performed by the Army, Air Force, Joint Staff, NGB, and OSD, especially the Fiscal Stewardship Program Experience working with the NG, especially NG financial management processes Experience communicating with senior military or defense officials Preparing and presenting executive level documents and materials Skilled in Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2); especially as utilized within the NGB Skilled in Advana, database and data analysis applications CDFM or DoD FM Certification Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services.
