Summary:

This building engineer will be responsible for coordinating contractors and vendors to schedule repairs or installations as needed. They will be keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair work on the building in the companies internal documentation system. Additionally this person will be Communicating effectively with tenants and building management to address their concerns and ensure their safety and comfort.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:

High school GED

5+ years of related experience providing building coordination

Experience working within facilities or consruction

MS office suite experience
