Our client is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team!

* Oversee and coordinate all maintenance of the: HVAC equipment, production equipment, shrink rap machines, conveyor belts systems, PLC's, cool and cold storage units, and all production equipment.
* Verify field conditions
* Monitor BMS for any out of compliant conditions and react to correct the conditions.
* Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance duties in accordance with company standards and perform annual inspections and other scheduled routines as directed.
This position will be required to be on-call.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial setting
* Experience in operation, maintenance and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* HVAC certification or EPA Universal
* Experience with PLC, conveyor belts, etc.
