Job Summary

The timely and effective management of the operational aspects of the Memorial Division Medical Office Building, Family Practice Medical Office Building, General Division Medical Office Building Partnership, and Women and Children's Medical Office Building Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of four (4) Medical Office Buildings and daily operation. Responsible for the direction of Housekeeping and Security in addition to operational contracts on a daily basis, having functional authority for supervision in the respective areas. • Prepare and maintain tenant information files, and occupancy data. • Maintain a key system for each MOB. Make mail box assignments, and maintain sign system. • Conduct quality control rounds. • Responsible for renovations to each MOB. Ensure follow-up on renovations and construction projects to completion. Consult with physicians and other tenants and seek out bids as necessary to determine who will perform the construction. • Negotiate contracts for partners, physicians and other tenants for service contracts, such as window cleaning, housekeeping, trash pickup, equipment maintenance, and pest control. • Make rounds to each MOB tenant to ensure client satisfaction and quality control. • Monitor the operational expenses of each MOB building, including utility expenses. Prepare the annual operating budget. Purchase supplies as necessary for each MOB. • Maintain a Policy and Procedure Manual. • Responsible for fire and safety plans for each MOB, staging regular fire drills. • Ensure that all applicable accounting functions are accomplished within the scope of property management. • Coordinate special projects as assigned by the Director.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) Experience: 3 Years - Managerial experience or other related experience Substitution: 5-7 years property management experience or related maintenance/housing experience may substitute for Bachelors degree
