We are currently seeking Bulk Loader/Unloaders for our Garland plant location. T his role is responsible for proactively working with departmental team leaders and/or managers to develop and implement actions to meet plant goals and deliverables. This is accomplished by coordinating processes, equipment, and people to maintain continuous flow of product and services with zero quality issues that comply with internal and external customer specifications.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize work in a timely manner to support manufacturing, EC3, QC, and customer service for inbound and outbound material.
  • Connect hoses to proper pipelines to transfer material to the correct tank
  • Assemble load packages for driver, record seals as placed on tanker
  • Follow regulations (DOT< Hazmat, FDA, etc.) pertaining to storage and shipment of chemical products
  • Ensure tankers are properly placarded
  • Safely spot tankers in bay area for product transfer
  • Manage waste-water treatment, tote offs, and labeling
  • Manage tote farm, wash totes, maintain inventory of clean and usable totes
  • Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Inventory, weigh, label product according to SOP. Partner with EC3 for removal of totes no longer meeting safety and serviceable standards
  • Perform wash water and salvage/recoup activities per SOPs as directed
  • Maintain 5s standards
  • Cross train and back fill functions: truck services, performing bulk shipping and receiving


Position Details:

  • Plant location: 2305 Sherwin St Garland, TX
  • Work week and shift :
  • 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 2:00 pm-10:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday 9:30 pm - 5:30 am
  • Compensation package offered: $ 24.10 / hr to start increasing to $25.10 / hr after 120 days and $0.35 shift differential 2nd shift and $0.55 shift differential for 3rd shift


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment
  • 2 or more years reading and following detailed mixing instructions
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience working with tanks, connecting hoses properly to tanks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Meet physical requirements including respirator fitness
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity


Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions wearing PPE


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience
  • CDL
  • Experience with Tanker Trailers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
