What's the Job?
  • Support day-to-day internal operations and planning to drive team efficiency.
  • Manage document organization systems, including SharePoint, ensuring effective business updates.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategies and execute priorities.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, tracking key objectives and actions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure accountability and progress in business initiatives. What's Needed?
  • 8-10 years of business communications experience, preferably in executive settings.
  • Experience in business operations and strategic planning in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-organizational communication and ensuring team alignment.
  • Strong project management skills, including SharePoint organization and document control.
