Plan and facilitate ethnography/contextual sessions
Plan and execute fast-paced usability testing
Conduct online surveys and card sorts
Report and analyze test findings into a clear format and deliver to larger multi-disciplinary team
Participate in the development of schedules by providing estimates regarding individual research tasks
Help educate the company and leadership on findings from tests
Document and communicate research findings to team members and internal partners
Participate in business and UI reviews with multi-disciplinary product teams
Coordinating and conducting research sessions, including recruitment (sourcing and acquiring users for testing) and session scheduling
Mentoring and assisting other members of the Experience Design team to run their own user research efforts
Planning, developing and implementing research processes and strategies within an agile development cycle
Help to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Qualifications for UX researcher
3 years Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Human Factor, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Information Sciences or related field
Experience with various research methodologies
Experience in researching Enterprise or IT systems a plus
Proficient on userzoom.com
Ability to work in fast-paced agile/SCRUM environment
