Business Analyst - Amazon Grocery Logistics - CXO Strategy \u0026 Planning, Customer Experience Operations
Seattle, Washington
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) team. The CXO business provides a best in class attended parcel returns and pickup experience for Amazon customers. We do this by operating and supporting our own network of locations, while also providing operational support services to other 1P and 3P pickup and returns providers and stakeholders. As a Business Analyst with CXO, you will work closely with other stakeholders (finance, operations, program and product managers), and will join a rapidly growing business, covering both North America and our upcoming expansion in the EU.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and distributed computing technologies. The candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. He/she is an expert with data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools, has hand-on knowledge on columnar databases such as Redshift and other related AWS technologies. He/she is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis.
Finally, to be successful in this role, you must exhibit the ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making through data and analytics, and collaborate with executives through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
