SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I), the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) serves as the Project Manager and Business Analyst on the Web Support Unit, representing the unit on the most complex projects involving the Department's Online Services and Web Applications, Internet/Intranet Web sites, and SharePoint Online.

As a Business Analyst, the ITS I is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements as well as analyzing process issues to provide IT solution recommendations. The incumbent demonstrates expertise in the areas of business analysis and system development lifecycle methodologies. The incumbent coordinates with the Senior Webmaster, Public Information Officer, ABC program areas, and other IT staff in matters about online services and applications, and ABC's Internet and Intranet site.

As a Project Manager, the ITS I is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of project management and implementation to provide the successful delivery and management of ABC's online, web, and Sharepoint services. The incumbent shall employ industry-recognized, State, and departmental project management methodologies (with an emphasis on Agile methodologies) to ensure customer needs are met, department standards are followed, compliance requirements are adhered to, and project milestones and deliverables are accomplished.
